Trustees: Beacon Ratings depends on trustees to ensure proper maintenance of securities they have obtained pursuant to any public issue of debt or secured investment instrument, and to ensure adherence to other covenants. Trustees provide important information that are require by issuers, especially relating to any change of security.
Consultants: Beacon Ratings depends on consultants’ reports relating to new projects that provides valuable information for the purpose of rating.
Experts: Beacon Ratings in some cases appoints experts, where it is believed they would add value, to assist in technical matters.
